1. If you will be a given a chance to be a mentor, who will you choose to be your mentee

among your peers? Why?

If I will be a give a chance to be a mentor, I will choose the lower year or

freshman in my department as my mentee. The particular reason for the circumstance

is I want them to mold by the knowledge I have. I am confident and proud to the

knowledge I learned during the past 3 years in my college, and I want to share, guide,

advice, and help them grow.

2. How will you apply coaching in your current status today? Kindly elaborate your

answer.

3. What is the significance of having a mentor or coach in an organization? Will you

agree that they produce impact in the organization? Explain in your own point of view

The significance of having a mentor or coach in an organization will boost your

skills and capabilities at work. They will teach things to you that you didn't know, they

can also help you to get out to your comfort zone that will surely help you to grow, and

help them to build their confidence and sets them up for success. Productive and

creative employees at the organization molded by the mentors are truly produce impact

in the organization that will help them to achieve goals and objectives.
