Subj: Regarding expanding tablet roll out to dining area

Hi Alex,

I hope you are doing well.

As you may know Omar has asked if we can expand the tablet roll out to dining section. This
can potentially increase our revenue and provide more accurate metrics. However, I feel there
are few concerns with adding this in project scope. First it may impact the project schedule
and we may go out of budget. Second, if we scale up too quickly it may be difficult to maintain
customer satisfaction if we face any issues after the rollout.

And as you have highlighted in the meeting it may become difficult to restore and maintain
staff morale and quality of service.
So I think it is better to go incrementally as Seydou has highlighted piloting at bar is less risky
as it will provide sufficient time to kitchen to scale up operations more gradually to meet
increased demand.
So I think it is better to implement initially in bar section and later we can expand it to dining
based on the results of initial roll out. I request your support to pit up this case with Omar and
Deanna to so with our initial plan.
