Present Continuous Tense.

This particular tense is used when we are talking about things or actions that
are being occurred in an immediate time or are ongoing.

We can also divide this topic in 3 main usages, such as:

1.- To describe actions that occur in the accurate moment in which its spoken or
written.

Example: You are studying English / I am writing down the topic / She is drinking
water.

2.- To speak about general situations, personal or social, that occur in the
current days. In this case, we can also use adverbs as currently, lately o these
days, etcetera.

Example: He is working a lot lately / We are having some problems currently / I


am running nowadays

3.- To describe actions that occur constantly. These cases the sentence is
reinforced with adverbs of frequency such as always, forever, constantly, etcetera.

Example: The birds are always singing since sunrise / Y´all driving to USA
constantly // It is rolling forever.
