Excerpts from the minutes of the regular session of the Sangguniang Kabataan Council held
on November 10, 2021, at Barangay Session Hall at 1:00 o’clock in the afternoon.

RESOLUTION NO.
Series of 2021

“A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF OUTREACH

PROGRAM GIFT-GIVING ACTIVITY.”

WHEREAS, during the meeting of the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK), they were reminded to
carry out the Outreach Program stipulated in their Annual Barangay Youth Investment Plan
(ABYIP).

WHEREAS, that the aforesaid program aims to reach out the constituents of the Barangay
who need most of assistance. This will somehow augment to their necessities and will let
them fell the spirit of Christmas.

WHEREAS, that the aforesaid program intends to provide small and simple Noche Buena
Package to the families belonging to indigent sector with youth members, aged 15 to 30 years
old.

NOW THEREFORE, on the motion of SK Kagawad Bryan Catanduanes and unanimously

seconded by the body, be it.

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) to carry out the
Outreach Program and Gift-Giving Activity in their ABYIP 2021.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution will be forwarded to the DILG for
their information and file.

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.
