Lost Pet Services – 1 Practitioner/2 Practitioner

4 Paw Reiki, LLC offers Intuitive services, Animal Communication and Reiki in order to assist in finding your
lost pet.

Fees for Lost Animals – The session fee for Lost Pet is $95(1 practitioner)/$175 (2 practitioners), the fee
covers Reiki, Animal Communication, Intuitive work and a map identifying an area to search if available. The
client is allowed 1 follow up email to clarify information. Each session requires acceptance of Informed Consent
before the case is taken. At 4Paw Reiki’s discretion and in communication with the owner, the sessions may
be broken into two. Once the initial session is started there is not a refund for services. Once a session is
purchased please allow 24-48 hours to be contacted. At that time 4 Paw Reiki will advise when the
session can be scheduled. Please understand all sessions are done via email. They are not done real
time via phone as it distracts from the connection to your pet. If a team service is unavailable, you will
be advised and if you still want the 1 person session it will be scheduled and the fee adjusted.

If after the lost pet session, the animal is still not found another session will need to be scheduled. Please
understand 4Paw Reiki is not on call 24 hours a day nor constantly tuned into your pet. 4Paw Reiki wants the
safe return of your pet but need to keep it to the session’s time. Lost Pet cases are one of the most difficult as
the pet may be moved or is farther away than anticipated.

ALL INFORMATION WILL BE COMMUNICATED VIA EMAIL. This way you will have the information to
review and refer back to. I have found this to work the best. Unless specified otherwise, sessions are
conducted in the evening and emailed to the owner the next morning.

Informed Consent:

1. You are selecting the Lost Pet service. The fee is for the time and services. There are no guarantees of
the information that will be relayed to her during this session. Since this fee is for the time and service,
there are no refunds once the initial session has started. It is understood that 4Paw Reiki will do its
best to help communicate with your missing animal and find clues to their whereabouts or what happened.
However, there is no guarantee that the animal will be found or that the result will be positive. The
connections and information that is communicated is as of that time and can change at any point. So it
is important to actively search and treat any information shared by 4Paw Reiki as you would any lead.

The information is to be used as a guide or as a lead in conjunction with the owner physically searching
for the animal.

2. The fee includes sending Reiki to a missing animal. This is a ‘healing’ energy work that can reach the
animal when the owner cannot. It does not guarantee the animal will be found or will be found alive.
However, Reiki supports the animal through its journey.
3. The fee also includes Animal Communication with your pet. Any information that is communicated will
be relayed to the owner. Some animals communicate more than others for various reasons. Some
communicate through words and others through images or even feelings. Information will be relayed as
it is presented during the session.
4. If any additional intuitive guidance is shared relating to the lost pet, it will be relayed to the owner as it is
communicated. This may be symbolic images, words, feelings, actual picture images, etc.
5. Search Map – As an additional service, if 4Paw Reiki is guided to a particular area, it will be presented
to the owner with a copy of the map. It is to be used for reference and as a lead but is not to take place
of any actual sightings, etc. It is to be used in conjunction with the active search on the part of the owners
and their search team.
 6. If it is revealed or discovered that the lost pet has passed away prior to or during the time that
4Paw Reiki is working with the client, the client will hold harmless 4 Paw Reiki, LLC from any
responsibility in the pet not being found safely. If the client desires 4Paw Reiki will send Reiki to
help with the pet’s transition. Additional fees may apply.

6) Agreement to the Informed Consent is required. This can be communicated via email.
