Mandatory Skills:

● 5 to 8 years of experience in developing applications using Appian BPMS software and Java.
● Must be familiar and comfortable in the domains of process modeling, process monitoring,
process improvement, business rules and business event based technologies.
● At least two to three project implementations that leverage the full capabilities of the Appian
BPM Suite. Design new process models and update existing process models.
● Having implementation experience in integration of Appian with DB, webservices, external
systems, etc.
● Experience in Appian process modeler, reporting, UI design, business rules development and
management, content and case management, etc.
● Experience in implementing tasks( user, system, and gateways)
● Experience in implementing message events and sub-processes, experience in security and user
administration.
● Good Knowledge of BPM architecture patterns, best practices and design principles.
● Good understating of SOAP and REST webservices.
● Experience in writing sql queries
● Appian certification is preferable.
● Proficient in Java

Good to have:

● Good understanding and hands on experience in implementing object oriented and JEE design
patterns.
● Frameworks: MVC, Hibernate, Spring.
