    I AM FROM POEM

    I am from dar-es-salaam Tanzania and bollywood songs to movies and chicken biryani and barbeque

    I am from a stranger to lovers story

    From the smell of chicken in every colony

    i am from the sunny side where trips to water parks, walks on the beach and late nights watching movies
    were a thing

    i am from hidden warmth and hugs of my crowdy family and happiness and anger

    From calmness and time everything faded and from East to North side

    I am from peace and hope

    i am from Darkhana Jamatkhan

    From getting happiness in my prayers( Nairobi Kenya 7th September 1991)

    i am from the hope of getting better from time to time
