 Fil-water: Sir Dante asked Rene to provide schematic diagram, so he can analyze the situation
and make recommendations

to follow asap.
 RFID distribution of Stickers only for those updated their Assoc Dues for 2022, must submit all
the requirements needed, we will not entertain incomplete requirements. Circulation of revised
memo will be this afternoon.
 Updates for Meralco remaining lights, we are going to collect the remaining busted post details
this evening for another repair request tomorrow.
 Barracks update, construction already started and on-going reported by Sir Walter
 Construction every Sunday, Admin with Sir Jomar and Sir Walter already decided that approval
of Working Permit for Sunday is from Monday to Thursday only, acquire the application form
from the admin office, must be signed by their neighbors as no objection. Guards must have a
copy too. We will hold a construction site that operate on Sunday without permit, unless they
will present a letter or a promissory note from the owner to continue their construction. Minor
works like repair of appliances/ replacement of gas or cleaning of yard etc. don’t need any
permit only vaccination card and any valid ID

Concern po ni Mr. Lino na alisin ang temporary poste ni Katherine Lao na nasa loob po ng
construction Site nya. According po kay Sir Walter, si Katherine Lao lang po ang pwede umapila sa
Meralco pa ipa relocate ang poste so we suggest po na padalahan sila ng letters, na iparelocate ni Kat
Lao kay Meralco yung poste as soon as possible since siya naman daw po ang dapat gumawa noon sabi
po ni sir walter at si Mr. Lino naman po, bigyan pa ng grace period yung poste para sa relocation.
