Ladies and Gentlemen!! Asalam O Alykum!!

I would like welcome Mr. Khuram Zuberi, Founder and CEO

Jump Start Pakistan and his team to Sialkot Chamber of
Commerce and Industry.

I would also like to congratulate Mr. Faizan Akbar, Chairman

Departmental Committee on SME/Training and Young
Entrepreneurs and his team members, for organizing the
awareness session on the Mega Event, to be held during the
next month.

This moment would definitely bring an entrepreneurial

movement in Pakistan, that envisage to encourage
entrepreneurship and promote the talent through
matchmaking.

I am also thankful to the participants who have managed to

spare some time, from their busy routines, and attended the
session.

Indeed, promoting entrepreneurship and E-Commerce are

important to bring digitalization, friend industrial solutions and
promotion of Pakistani products and services in the
international markets.

Being an entrepreneur it’s our responsibility to think ahead of

multiple ideas which could be promoted and sold Worldwide.
In today’s era, we have all heard about successful ventures like
Ali-Baba, Amazon, E-bay and Daraz etc. All of these were first
the ideas or business plans that were successfully converted
into E-Commerce platforms.
Before we move ahead, I would like to give a brief Introduction
of Sialkot to the guests. Sialkot is a city overflowing with talent.
It represents a class of craftsmen-turned entrepreneurs, who
through their instinct towards exports and urge to achieve the
best, have made Sialkot the only export-oriented city of
Pakistan. The honorable guests would appreciate that Sialkot
based small and medium enterprises are earning foreign
exchange of USD 2.2 (B) annually.

The guests would appreciate that Sialkot’s business community

besides exceptional achievements in business, has played a
pivotal role in the social sector. In this regard, it has initiated
several projects on a self-help basis.

In the end, I would once again like to thank Mr. Khuram

Zuberi for coming to Sialkot to brief us about their upcoming
event and would like ensure maximum cooperation of business
community of Sialkot in their up-coming Event.
