Benefit to the Economy

Our business will benefit the economy through the following:

The Phase Two Company will pay tax on time if required because having
more businesses in the local economy boosts tax income for local governments, making more
budget to repair roads, develop schools and improve public services.

Since our business is not that big yet, we still do not have enough money to hire
someone. But still, businesses contribute to the economy by opening opportunity to the
unemployed. And through this, we can reduce unemployment rate in the country and even
poverty. Businesses also help in national growth, stability, and security.

Businesses also encourage people to be financially independent and encourage

innovation. Meanwhile, small businesses such as the Rerun Clothing by Phase Two contributes
to the economy by establishing growth and innovation in the locality.

Benefit to the Government

Just like what is mentioned in the benefits to the economy, the taxes that we pay
contributes to the wellness of the government and the country at large. We can see that our
money goes to repairing of roads, funds just in case we are struck by a calamity, and other
governmental supports.

The government benefits from our revenues and net income because, without this, the
government would not be able to operate nicely because of lacking resources. These resources
are bought with the tax money that the businesses pay.

Businesses also often engross in a variety of tactics to influence government policy and

this includes lobbying, political contributions, and interest group politics.
