NEC INDONESIA - Mr. Bambang Tri Puspito Dear Tenants, Re : BUILDING EVACUATION DRILL We would like to inform you the schedule of building evacuation drill: : Wednesday, September 28, 2014 from 10 am. a : Wednesday, September 28, 2011 from 2 pm. Summitmas 1 Summitmas 11 The program of the evacuation crit shall be as follows: ‘Alarm ringing 2 The Building Commander (evacuation leader from the building management) shall announce the evacuation Instruction through the bullding broadcasting system. The Bullding Commander shall give guidence through the broadcast floor by floor. 3. Evacuation process starts where everybody leaves the office, going down the emergency staircases towards the gathering area at the backside of the building. At each floor there will be Floor Commander (person in charge from the building management attending on each floor during the evacuation process) who shall be responsible to direct everybody to the emergency staircases. 4. Tenant Commander (Tenant’s appointed person to take care of its staffs during the evacuation) shall stay until everyone in the office has completely left and thereafter take the responsibility to lock the office entrance door for security Purpose. 5. All people shall gather under the shelter at the backside of the building. 6. Upon gathering at the backside, the drill is over and all can return to their respective office. In the past, as we openly informed the plan of evacuaticn drill to all Tenants, before the commencement, quite a large number of staffs left the building in advance to avoid evacuation process through staircases, Considering the Importance of the drill in case the real evacuation Is needed, you are Kindly requested to keep this information confidential or share only among very limited number of staffs If necessary in avoiding business activities interruption.
