The pancake is a culinary preparation obtained by baking
a thin sheet of dough made from wheat flour, eggs, milk, water and salt, usually round, filled with jam, marmalade, jam, chocolate, sweet or curd cheese, consumed as and dessert.
Mix flour with milk, eggs, beer, salt and melted butter. Leave the dough to rest for an hour, then bake the pancakes in a pan greased with butter.
