ny, we specialize in many alternative
health offerings. It is our effort and
best interest, to keep you in good
health and good shape without
causing injury or health risks.
We specialize in herbal and nutritional
consultations and stock an inventory
of herbs, vitamins and homeopathic
remedies. We also carry teas, eneray
bars, body products, books, crystals,
and candies.
In addition to our consultations, we
offer a variety of holistic services and

Holistic Consultations
Your visit for a consul-
tation includes body
type analysis, iridology,
muscle testing, allergy
testing, and nutritional
programs. Our resident holistic heal-
ing practitioners do this. Your initial
visit will take between one and two
hours. Follow up visits range between
30 to 60 minutes.
We will test herbs and vitamins to
see which ones will help you improve
your health and stamina. You may be

We use the leaves in tea as a natural
diuretic. The roots are used to make
a mild laxative and help the liver in
promoting bile flow. Ginger is a food
and a spice but can also be used as

‘As we all know, vitamins and miner-
als are important. Vitamins C and E,
beta-carotene, and selenium are
important antioxidants in preventing

patterns are called Qi. Disruptions of
Qi are believed to be responsible for

1. Relaxation Massage
Relaxation massage relieves stress

and calming your nerves. It soothes
away tired and stiff muscles.
2. Sports Massage
Sports massage helps you recover
from injuries. Focus is on the specific
problem areas and uses a lot of
stretching techniques to increase
flexibiity
3. Craniosacral Therapy
This therapy is helpful in treating
head area problems. It helps the flu-
ids around the brain and spine flow
‘more freely. Craniosacral therapy
uses a gentle touch.
We use a combination of Swedish
and Neuromuscular massage, which
both stretch and knead your muscles
relieving their soreness and helping
