This pandemic does not only brings negative impact in the society but also
cause individual to be innovative in terms of leading the people in every organization,
institution, establishment. It makes leaders to be more resourceful given with the
limited movement and productive from being resourcefulness.
The community needs more leaders who will lead effectively, not just by
achieving the goal of the institution but also with compassionate and leading the
members by good examples.
