JUSTIFICATION
This has been prioritized according to the
sequence of ABC’s of life, MAAUAR
method and the Maslow’s Hierarchy of
Needs.
With the presence of Cardiovascular problem
in the ABC’s of life and the Mental Status
Changes & Alterations of the MAUUAR
method this problem will be the first nursing
priority since the client has been diagnosed
with hypertension and also has a deficient
knowledge to recall important information
regarding her disease condition that leads to
her unfamiliarity with hypertension and its
proper treatment regimen.
In the absence of airway, breathing, and
cardiovascular problems this problem is the
___ nursing priority because it is under the
Mental Status Changes and Alterations of
the MAUUAR method as the client’s ability
to recall important information regarding her
disease condition, hypertension is being
affected which then causes her request for
information, unfamiliarity that leads to
deficient knowledge regarding the disease
and its proper treatment regimen.
