1. In report screen, if we download the “Student Profile photo” the report will shows as follow i

CAMU Response:
As requested by VMRF, the address option has been provided in PDF format, per your request we
have provided a provision in PDF format, the same is available in list of student report (print
student address).
4 Nationality should be changed as “Indian” instead of India
CAMU Response:
According to the student profile field given as “Citizen of”. India is correct in the particular place. if
“Indian” is specific we need to change the heading as Nationality instead “Citizen of”. Need
confirmation.
5 Eligibility Certificate printing is not in proper.

(some discussion is needed with camu technical person.) Please contact. Us

The following fields to be needed in academic details entry screen.

1. EC required field : Yes / No

2. EC Date. :

EC Number should be System Generated for those students” EC required field : Yes”

Before Generating EC No.

The system will arrange Student in the order of “EC Date “ then it should generate EC No.

The report should print “EC Certificate for the all the candidates course wise, college wise & Year
of admission.”

CAMU Response:
Need clear requirement and documentation on this to understand further.

6 In reports Name of the student should print with in single cell “ First Name, Middle Name & Last
Name”

(Where ever applicable)

CAMU Response:
Kindly enter all Name in first name itself and mark hyphen (-) in rest of the fields and hyphen will
 not get displayed in reports, Kindly confirm.

In reports document received should print in single cell but our system generate in many rows.

generating report.

Data can be exported from database to excel in individual cell format, or all data as combined in
single cell as continues lines , Not possible to have alignment due to limitations in excel.
8 If we taken report for selective fields,. It does not give correct values of field for the student.

9. In current report launcher

There are so many types of reports such as marks, document record, and Student general details.

But we need single report generation screen for all

10 Fee intimation report should be modified.

Need clarification to understand.
11 The student can view his profiles, but he cannot be allowed to change data. If any corrections it
may be done through only university office.

CAMU Response:
As per the request , Students cannot edit any profile data, Individual college Admission team has
the option to edit the data, if the permission is removed the team, they cannot do any edit and the
university will be the one and only place to do the activity, kindly confirm and we will proceed to
further

12 Completed Age should be “integer “but system shows year and months.

CAMU Response:
The common universal pattern of age should display in months and years, Need clarification to
understand on specific requirement of university.
1 For entering state, Kindly put Drop box or Combo box to avoid spelling mistake and maintain
3 uniformity.

We will work for possibility, feasibility study and will proceed further for CR.

Kindly provision to change Rule period. (for 2021-22)
