Strip Chart Recorder ( 3 Point and 6 Point ), Time, Temperature Recorder Available for Recording the Process. 4.2. KeType ( CHRIALU) Thermocouples are using the temperature range of 1200°C 4.3. Digital Temperature Indicator and Controllers are using and the Temperature Range of 1200°C S.TESTING EQUIPMENTS: 5.1 BRINELL Hardness Testing Machine are Using to check the Hardness in the Annealed Material. 5.2 Portable and Poldi Hardness Testers are used 6.CALIBRATION 6.1 Fumaces are calibrated Once In a Year as per API 6A Standards to find out the Temperature Uniformity inside the Fumace by providing 23 Thermocouples. ‘As per the API 6A Standards the Furnace Uniformity is + 8°C For Stress Relieving and + 14°C For Normalizing Temperature, 6.2.
