MEET OUR GUEST SPEAKER,
LUIS PADILLA
Luis will be sharing his life journey about
overcoming obstacles, finding purpose, and
stepping into the best version of himself. He is
a youth advocate and facilitator of a youth
leadership council at City Church in Fairfield.2

HIGH SCHOOL
This virtual event is FREE and provided at no cost to participating schools. In partnership with
the Solano County Office of Education, Travis Credit Union will host the program and provide
giveaways to students in attendance.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
This event is open to all high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors. The theme explores
postsecondary options, how to pay for college, and potential fields of study. Schools are
encouraged to bring their homeless and foster youth populations.

The event program includes workshops from UC Davis, Sallie Mae, CSU East Bay, Solano
Community College, Diablo Valley College, East Bay Solano Consortium (FAFSA /CADAA
registration), and Travis Credit Union.
FOR SCHOOL COORDINATORS
+ Share the Zoom registration link with the students.
+ If possible, please have students complete their registration by Friday, February 11th.
+ Itwould be appropriate for your school to offer extra credit for a class for student participation
in this event.
