ASML at 12:00 PM.

iii) Discussion with Mr. Imran regarding the following:

a. Hiring of Technical Resource for Boiler

b. Hiring of Technical Local Consultant other than Mr. Franz.

iv) Discussion regarding Vetting of Specifications provided by Mr. Franz for Boiler from
another Consultant.

v) Discussion with Mr. Mustafa regarding the following:

a. Yeast Project
b. Potential Venture of Steel through Chinese Company.

vi) Discussion regarding Way Forward for Ash to Bricks Project.

vii) Discussion on Write Up for selling power to National Grid or reverse metering. Same is
to be discussed with Lafhaaz Owner.

viii) Discussion on proposal of Arc Furnace and working by Lafhaaz of 40 Tons

ix) Meeting with Ch. Younis and Team regarding Cane Development Plan for February
Sowing and provision of Loan to Growers through Seed and other inputs.

x) Meeting with Mr. Azhar on Tax management.

xi) Meeting with Sales Team regarding Corporate Sales.

xii) Discussion regarding Bagasse Saving and Steam Consumption Formula.

xiii) Meeting with Mr. Asad Rashid regarding the following:

 a. Way Forward for Boiler

b. Review of Comparative Statements of Boiler

c. Planning Schedule of Turbine

d. Locking of Annual Repair & Maintenance Items based on Repeat Order as per
previous history of 2-3 years (Rough Purchase Order) based on which
negotiations can be held with suppliers.

e. Discussion regarding possible venture with Chinese Companies for Steel Project
or venture with already operating Steel Mills wishing to expand their operations.

xiv) Meeting with Mr. Ali Jawwad and Mr. Asad Rashid regarding revised Feasibility of Steel
with assumptions.

xv) Meeting with Mr. Imran regarding Cost Reduction Plan of HR.

xvi) Meeting with Finance Team regarding reduction of Fixed Cost.

xi) Arrangement of payment of Battersea Flats London. Same is due to be paid in December
2021. Arrangement of Mortgage and Tax Planning of New properties.

xiii) Book and Buy Crypto Currencies

xiv) Discussions regarding Transactions structure of Ashraf Dairies.

xvi) Discussion with Altaf Sb on plan for disposal/usage of Old Empty Bags of previous
Seasons.
