This a quite an interested story about the ship that sunk in water a longtime ago, three hundred years
has passed now. The law of lost and found property under what we call common law which is fall on the
category of personal property law. usually, judicial decisions are unique, and they have they’re on facts.
these legal principles that have been laid down they seem inconsistent, and their outcome are difficult
to predict. Since the losers and finder are private parties, in this private law there is no government
regulation on the matter. If you discover the things of nature, things like gold or the wild animal the first
person to find them becomes an owner of such the two types of property possession are physical
control and manifest intent to exclude others, except for these other rules which are included here. (By

The people that found it quite ok they are owners but without, but they do not acquire title, since the
law states that the find and lost property should be returned to the owners who have tittles but in this
case the owners died a long time ago. so, what these people can do who have found those minerals is
they share the mineral with the origin of which tis boat was coming from to avoid conflicts. (By Peter

Again, here the law states that individuals and business who have find something they have to be looked
like people who have taken a reasonable measure. Therefor we must know the kind of items which the
police force can take care of and some lost and found property which the police force cannot accept, so
that we make sure they can post them on social media or hand them over to the local venues. If you
have you have a venue or location that handles a lot of lost property, you can benefit from a digital lost
property software. This can make you comply with the Law, and they can be able to return more lost
