Mr. Ruben and Mrs. Analyn make sure to provide their family with food and their

needs. Mang Ruben being the head of the family decides especially in health care

matters. They usually store their food in a covered plate placed on top of the

table. They often practice self-medication. They usually treat the said symptoms

with over the counter drugs. The family has an inadequate knowledge with

regards to their health. They use mosquito nets every night as a protective

measure from mosquitoes. They always use slippers to protect their feet

wherever they go. They do us “katol” in driving away mosquitoes. They also have

a good sleep pattern even though they don't have adequate living space.
