Project Charter

General Information
(1) Project Title
Construction of Hotel Complex and Parking Lot in ITC
(2) Project Scope ITC Hotels has its headquarters in Gurugram, Haryana. The project
Abstract aims at realizing new Hotel in Gurugram. The Hotel will be located in
the city center. An underground parking lot will be built as well.

(6) Product The full complex is made of a tower in the city center of

Gurugram. Besides the New towers, a two-floor underground

parking lot will be built.
The internal lighting of the tower and the climate control has been
designed by the Novara. The whole system has been designed to
have the lowest environment impact thanks to computer-controlled
panels.
Project deliverables are:
1. 70—meter hotel complex tower.
2. Two-floor underground parking lot with 400 spaces.
3. Two restaurants at the ground floor and first floor for 500 seats
each.
4. Computerized lighting and climate control system.
5. Maintenance plan of the complex.

(7) Project The project is part of strategic expansion plan. With this project
Objectives also establish a strategic partnership with Novara snc. This
collaboration will enhance the chance of success in future project
biddings than KS to their innovative system. The overall
infrastructure of the lighting system and climate control will be
developed by the DeCarlo spa. The project aims at developing a
strong relationship with the DeCarlo spa as well.
(8) Work Site The site is located in Gurugram.

Particular attention will be given to the relationship management with


the project sponsor and local stakeholders. Project personnel will be
trained in order to maintain correct behaviors with all local project
stakeholders.
(9) Pre-assigned Skilled Team Leader with long experience in the Construction of Hotels.
Resources Project Planner with a deep knowledge of Primavera P6.

(15) Main Contract Payments to be done 30 days from date of invoice. Warranty on Deliverable is

from notice.
With this project the expected revenue is set to about 20% the value

applied to reduce time and reworks. Computerized lighting and climate
control systems will be developed within the agile/scrum methodology.

according to company quality standard.
