• Mr Mayank did engineering and MBA from Nirma University.

• He started off as job in Practo in sales department.

• Started his own coaching institute in 2009 reached 80 students in 2

years. Gave inspiration for starting own venture.

• Always wanted freedom to start own venture, wanted to do something

different.
• Created a irrigation device in final year engineering as part of project but
got less response from government as start-up ecosystem didn’t exist in
2013.

• Joined Nirma university attained lot of exposure with managing events,

networking.

• Became 5th customer of Simply Guest. Met two founder brothers.

• Joined Simply Guest in 2015.

• Continued job in 9-7 and part time Simply Guest.

• Zero cost Marketing.

• Dec 2017 invested capital into Simply Guest and

started full time, got designation of co-founder.

• Dilemma in terms of not giving up control to

investors but also to bring funds

• Value freedom of decision making.

• Being from middle class working family didn’t have

financial backing.

• Started from 6 lakhs package in 2015 by 2017

earning 38 Lakhs.
• Always liked to work on own terms even in job
worked with CEO.

• Been working from home to get work done.

• In pandemic business is less but staying positive

about ups and downs are a part of business.
• Partner with people with whom you can grow your company.

• Entrepreneurship is about creating something new for society that a world will
need.

• Don’t be afraid of failures, its all a part , improvise and grow.

• BE CONSISTENT, GRITTY AND FRUGAL
