1.What is a computer?

-A Computer could be a machine or gadget that performs cycles, computations and activities dependent on the
guidelines given by a product or equipment program. It can acknowledge information (input), measure it, and
afterward produce outputs. Computers can even store information for later uses in appropriate storage devices, and
recover at whatever point it's necessary. Computer is additionally designed to execute applications and provides a
spread of solutions through integrated hardware and software components. It works with the assistance of
programs and represents the decimal numbers through a string of binary digits. The components of a computer like
machinery that has wires, transistors, circuits, disc are called hardware. Whereas, the programs and data are called
software.

2. What are the four basic components of a computer.(site atleast 1 example in each component)?

Input Unit - The devices to input information, such as a keyboard, and mouse.

CPU - The CPU is further broken up into ALU, Control Unit, and Instruction Unit.

Primary Memory - Computer program instructions converted into machine code are stored in primary storage or
memory.

Output Unit - The devices to output information, such as a printer, monitor, and speaker.

3. Does computer removes the need for human or do they create opportunity? why?

-Computer creates opportunity because of how easy it is to navigate, it creates ways for people to create something
new with their own imagination

5. What is the main use of computer?

- Computers are playing a vital role in almost every field and making our day-to-day tasks more manageable.
Computers were only used to perform complex numerical calculations in a previous time, but they have reached too
far and now perform many different roles. They are now performing diverse set functions from complicated
calculations to generating business reports, bill generation to education, programming or development to
entertainment, etc.
