Devices Introduction

1. Paviro Controller PVA-4CR12

Paviro PVA-4CR12 is the main controller, it is the backbone of the whole system, through which all the
data is routed and it is responsible for giving the instructions to the router and amplifier. The controller
provides all the audio processing, supervision and control functions for a complete PAVIRO system.

All the communication to router and amplifier is done through CAN BUS and Line-Out ports.

All the speakers are connected to Speaker Out Ports.

Call Station is connected to CST-BUS 1

Cable coming from Mosque is connected to Mic/Line-in Port 1.

Fire Alarm Cable is connected to Control IN -S Port-1

AMP IN ports of Controller

1. Port A-1 is connected to AMP OUT-1 of Amplifier 1

2. Port B-1 is connected to AMP OUT-2 of Amplifier 1

Cables coming for SD Tuner are connected to AUX 1 & 2.

2. Paviro Router PVA-4R24

The PVA-4R24 24 Zone Router is a zone extension for the PAVIRO system. Router adds up to 24 zones in
this current set-up. In future, up to 20 routers can be added for zone expansion. It controlled and
supervised through CAN BUS.

Remaining zones which were not connected to controller are terminated to SPEAKER OUT

AMP IN ports of router

1. Port A-1 is connected to AMP OUT-1 of Amplifier 2

2. Port B-1 is connected to AMP OUT-2 of Amplifier 2
3. Port C-1 is connected to AMP OUT-1 of Amplifier 3
4. Port D-1 is connected to AMP OUT-2 of Amplifier 3

3. Paviro Amplifier PVA-2P500

The PVA-2P500 class-D amplifier is a 2 ✕ 500 W professional audio amplifier. It can be operated from
both the mains and a DC supply. The control and monitoring functions are performed via CAN bus. The
power amplifier is processor-controlled and equipped with extensive monitoring functions. Line
monitoring for the CAN bus and for audio transmission allows line interruptions and short-circuits to be
detected and indicated to the user.

4. Plena SD Tuner
It is an SD card player and a tuner. Tuner can be tuned in for FM/AM stations. Prerecorded messages or
sound can be added to SD card and played.

5. Call Station PVA-15CST and Extension PVA-20CSE.

The PVA-15CST is a call station for the PAVIRO system. As standard, the call station having a flexible
microphone with pop shield and permanent monitoring, total of 9 zone buttons. The call station can be
modified to suit the user’s requirements by connecting up to five PVA-20CSE call station extensions,
each with 20 customizable selection buttons.

Call Station is connected to Controller on port CST BUS-1.

By selecting the pre-assigned zone, and pressing the enter key you can give announcements.
For selecting all zones at once, you have to select key below “*” and then press enter key to speak in the
mic.
