Do you trust your government?

Corruption is the biggest problem in second world, post

communist developing countries because they often have
considerable amounts of natural resources that are easy
to extract and to sell. Most of the Eastern European
countries are inside the European Union, thus demanding
money to develop themselves, of course just a part of the
money is going to the actual development.
So, leaving this introduction away, do you trust your
government?
Personally, I don’t and here is why you shouldn’t too:
First of all, to trust somebody, they need to tell the truth.
The thing that the political class is doing to us for more
than 25 years now is that they are telling the same lies
again and again and we tend to belive them with the hope
that it will get better and we will rise again, but sadly that
wont happen anytime soon if we don’t open our minds, if
we don’t involve ourselves and if we don’t start to
become aware of the situation we are in, right now.
Second of all, lets have a retrospection, a rewind of the
development of our country from the revolution to the
present days: if we look carefully, we don’t see much at
all, of course, they have changed some laws, added new
one, they gave bigger or smaller salaries, they have built
a small highway, painted a wall and that’s really it. And
what does this shows us? It shows that the governors
don’t care about us much.
Of course, some people say that we are not doing that
well, that they are humans too and they cant do always
the right thing to do, but those who say that in my
opinion, are just a bunch of incompetents and
disinterested people, exactly like those who rule us.
