What is a DNA?

Ans: Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) is an organic chemical that contains

genetic information and instructions for protein synthesis. It is found in
most cells of every organism. DNA is a key part of reproduction in
which genetic information occurs through the passing down of DNA
from parent or parents to offspring

What are Genes?

Genes are the basic unit of heredity. This means

that genes determine what traits are passed down from a mother and
father to their child. Eye color, height, and hair color etc.

What are genes characteristics?

Genetic characteristics are inherited as genes -- molecules of DNA that

carry the information for each characteristic. A phenotypic characteristic
can be controlled by various forms of one gene, such as for freckles, or
can be controlled by various forms of multiple genes working together,
such as for skin color. (used tiny help from google)

What is the Relationship of DNA and Genes?

The main relationship between DNA, genes, and chromosomes is

that genes are made up of segments of coiled DNA, and
chromosomes are long supercoiled chains composed of various
genes. (Used a little help from google)
