MOTION FOR TIME


(RE: Resolution of the Honorable Court
dated 24 July 2019)

The petitioner, through the undersigned counsel, and unto this


Honorable Court, most respectfully alleges the following:

1) On 05 August 2019, the petitioner, through the undersigned


counsel, received the Resolution of this Honorable Court dated
24 July 2019, ordering us to rectify the defects found in our
earlier filed petition1 within ten (10) days from notice. Thus, we
have until 15 August 2019 to comply with the said Resolution.

2) Despite due diligence, however, the undersigned is still in the


process of procuring certified true copies of the required
documents to be submitted to this Honorable Court. Hence, the
petitioner, through the undersigned counsel, now comes before
this Honorable Court to humbly ask for more time to comply
with the 24 July 2019 Resolution of the latter.

3) This motion is not intended to delay but is solely prepared and


submitted for the reasons stated above.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, the petitioner, through the


undersigned counsel, moves and prays that this Honorable Court
GRANT the instant motion and give the undersigned counsel an

additional fifteen (15) days from 15 August 2019, or until 30 August
2019, to comply with the 24 July 2019 Resolution.

Other reliefs, just and equitable under the circumstances, are


likewise prayed for.
