O71 48% pouice cmiminat comPLAINT ‘20972022 HC-22.002905.21803 == GREGORY GERROD GREENE ak AFFIDAVIT OF PROBABLE CAUSE ‘Your afiant is Detective Jason Brinker with the Harrisburg Bureau of Police, | have been employed by the Harrisburg Bureau of Police since 1997 and have been assigned as a Detective in the Criminal Investigation Division since 2001. | am currently assigned to the Adult Offender Section. While assigned to the Adult Offender Section | have been involved in over 100 homicide investigations to include as the lead detective. | have also investigted numerous other violent crimes. | have attended several trainings to include Homicide Investigation, Advanced Practical Homicide Investigation, Interview and interrogation, Advanced Interview and Interrogation, Statement Analysis, Identifying Deceptive Behavior, Analytical Investigative Techniques, Crime Scene Processing, Courtroom Tactics and Strategies, Source Development and Actionable Intelligence, and others. | am a graduate of the PA Act-120 Municipal Police Academy and hold a Bachelors of Science Degree in Criminal Justice, (On February 9, 2022 at about 0645hrs. Harrisburg Police Officers were dispatched to the area of 1345 Liberty Street for a reported assault. Agents of the Pennsylvania Attomey Generals Office and Harrisburg Police Officers (Bender and Palamara) were in the area of this location for an unrelated matter when a female later identified as Brittonie Meredith engaged the officers frantcly yelling for help. Britonie Meredith was blood covered and in distress (she was later determined to have been shot multiple times). Officers contacted Dauphin County Dispatch and requested additional units for assistance. Officer E. Henry responded to the area along with other officers. He was provided information from Agents and Offiver Bender thal there were to be additional gunshot vilins inside 1845 Libeily Stiwet. Officers entered 1348 Liberty Street, While inside the residence officers located two deceased individuals later identified as Meredith Greene and Tyler Thames (pronounced deceased by Lifeteam Paramedic Ashley Evans). They bboth appeared to have suffered gunshot wounds to their bodies. Two juveniles wore located in the residence and identified as AT and RT, both suffered stab wounds. These juvenile were transported to the hospital for treatment. Brittonie Meredith was also transported to the hospital for treatment. RT and AT \were interviewed during which time they stated their Uncle, Gregory Greene, stabbed them and saw Gregory Greene with a gun inside their house, ‘Agent Maurice Edwards observed an individual (bald black male wearing jeans) exiting the rear side door of 1345 Liberty Street. Edwards ran to the side of the residence and to the rear and observed a Dodge Charger with partial registration LLW leaving the area west bound on Miller Street. This vehicle was later observed and a pursuit ensued with multiple police agencies involved. The vehicle. crashed and the driver was taken into custody. Agent Edwards stated the vehicle he saw fleeing the scene on Miler Street was the same vehicle that crashed. The fleeing vehicle was a 2012 Dodge Chargor PA registration LLW0300. The driver was identified as Gregory Greene Jr. Greene Jt. was interviewed in relation to this incident, he admitted to being the sole occupant ofthe vehicle and admitted to stealing the vehicle earlier in the ‘morning this date. Gregory Greene JI. is prohibited from possessing a firearm as he was convicted of an enumerated offense Title 18-6301 A1Corruption of Minors on July 6, 2010 in Dauphin County Court. OBC ATIC - Rev.
