RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPROPRIATION OF

Php 6,893,500.00 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE
GROUND AND SECOND FLOORS OF THE NEW HIGH
SCHOOL BUILDING CONSISTING OF 12
CLASSROOMS

WHEREAS, the grace period given to the school to comply with the DepEd Findings
regarding its lack of school facilities primarily lack of classrooms, will expire this school year
2021-2022, thus the construction of a new building to house the additional classrooms must
soon start;

WHEREFORE UPON MOTION made and duly seconded by all the majority present,

BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the amount of Php 7,250,000.00

be appropriated for the construction of a New High School Building to house the additional 12
classrooms. Said construction shall immediately commenced not later than October 2019 and
as much as practicable be completed not later that the start of the next school year 2022-2023.
