Reporter(Ashira) = So, can anyone from you give a idea on why this
problem came?
Guest (Faizan) = this problem has been caused because of poor rain
water harvesting.
Guest(Radhika) = yes, there is no water harvesting centers in that
village.
Guest(Manish) = but , there is also a river flowing from the village....
Guest(Ishanth) = yes, there is a river for water supply too. but there is a
poor sewage treatment and the drinage is released in river.
Guest(rida)= yes drinage should not be released like that in river.
Guest(Faiza) = I think what mr. ishanth is saying is correct.
Guest(Siri) = its government’s fault, the mla of that area is responsible
for this. As he is not taking care of this constituency.
Guest(Sushanth) = yes, I agree to what Miss.siri says. The government
should built here any system for water saving and also built the sewage
treatment center, so that the water can be purified and then sent to
the river.
Reporter(ashira)= ok. Mr. Manish, do you want to say anything.
Guest(Manish) = of course, yes I too think the government is not taking
care of this problem. The mla of our area promised at the time of
election that he will bring a solution for this problem, but he is not
doing anything.
Reporter(ashira)= Mr. Manish do you also want to say that the
government is not taking care.
(Manish)= yes, the village people also did a dharna for this. But it was
no use.
Guest(faiza)= there should be a quick action taken by the government.

to transmission of diseases such as cholera, diarrhoea, dysentery,
hepatitis A, typhoid, and polio. inadequate managed water and
sanitation services expose individuals to preventable health risks.
Guest(siri)= yes, there are now total 13 cases of diarrhoea and 24 cases
are of cholera and 35 cases of typhoid and 21 cases are of high fewer.
Guest(Radhika)= yes, and also there are only 17 people in the total
village are healthy and in that 17 people 11 are doctors and nurses and
only 6 people from the village are healthy.
Guest(rida)= health is more important. Government should take care
and focus on people of rampur.
Guest(sushanth)= there are many ill people in village. Few people are
sent to city for treatment.

Guest(faizan)= there are many hybrid seeds in the market. Hybrid seeds
require lot of water. That’s also a reason of water shortage.

Guest(sushanth)= yes, government should ban selling of hybrid seeds in
market.
