4.2.4 TRAINING PROGRAMS


Training programs should be established and maintained. Initial nature and of
recurrence for all personnel involved in the handling of dangerous goods or
positions that have a direct impact on the operation.
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
Training must be provided or verified at the time of hiring the Personnel identified
within the specific categories of table 1.5.A.

4.2.5 TRAINING PROGRAMS


1. The Operators.
2. The ground handling agencies that carry out, on behalf of the operator, the tasks of:
Acceptance, handling, loading, unloading, Transfer and other cargo processes.
1. Dispatcher of dangerous goods, including: Packers and persons or organizations

that assume the responsibility of the dispatcher .

4.2.6 DANGEROUS GOODS SAFETY


This section is directed to the safety responsibilities of operators, shippers and
other people involved, AVSEC in the transport of dangerous goods on board an
airplane, it is necessary to see annex 17.
