I. Lecture sessions:
 Introduction to concepts of Cell Cultures, Bioassay and Support Activities.
 Cell Culture- Revival, passaging and cryopreservation.
 Overview of various bioassays for therapeutic mAbs.
 Overview of outputs and analysis of various bioassays for therapeutic mAbs.
II. Demonstration:
 Gowning and de-gowning, Microbial Environmental Monitoring, Do and
Don’t in cell culture area.
 Cell culture- Handling of suspension & adherent cells.
 CDC assay/ Inhibition of proliferation assay.
 Readout of bioassay experimental plates (Absorbance/ Fluorescence/
Luminescence) and analysis on PLA 2.1 software.
 Handing of the cell culture biowaste and decontamination.
III. Hands-on Training:
[a] Microbial Environmental Monitoring of Cell culture area
[b] Cell counting and cell culture handing
[c] Preparation of Drug dilution and preparation of cells for bioassay
[d] Readout and analysis of bioassay.
[e] Handing of cell culture biowaste and decontamination
