DIET

Diet is a meal-eating activity in a way regulated to achieve a controlled weight.


Diet is done by some people with different goals, but some people do diet to reduce
weight. Therefore, There are several ways to reduce weight in the diet program.

              The first way is to consume fiber-rich foods. Fiber foods can help smooth the
process of metabolism in the body. When the body's metabolism becomes smooth
then it will launch a bowel movement. Examples of fibrous foods are green vegetables
such as spinach, broccoli, lettuce, and others. In addition we can find fiber from fruits
such as papaya, banana, avocado, and others. And the last of the fibrous foods are also
from nuts and seeds such as soybeans, almonds, peanuts and others. Therefore, it is
necessary for our body fiber.

              The second way is to exercise regularly. Regular exercise helps us to control
weight, because it can reduce fat deposits in the body. Sports that can be done to
reduce weight like doing aerobic exercise. This exercise keeps all parts of the body
moving that will burn calories so effectively lose weight. In addition, we can do
jogging which can also burn calories and fat in the body.

              The next way is to consume water. When people doing diet is recommended
to multiply consume water every day, because water is very useful to reduce hunger
so that we no longer want to eat high-calorie foods. In addition, by consuming water
also helps digestion. So we must often to consume water.

              The last way is to maintain the quality of sleep. Maintaining sleep quality
means paying attention to the quality of our sleep. Generally we are recommended to
sleep for 5-8 hours per day. So we should not sleep less or more than that time so as
not to trigger weight gain. For example, when staying up at night to watch a ball game
we will definitely feel hungry that makes us eat at night and trigger our weight gain.
That's why we should pay attention to the amount of time and quality of sleep if you
want to get a healthy body.
              In conclusion, all of the ways that have been described in reducing weight, if
we do consistently will have an impact on our body. Our bodies become healthier and
more ideal. This situation is expected as result from doing diet program.
