ANSWER: The acts that can be constituted by the teacher using copy right infringement are the
acts to reproduce any printed materials and materials for public viewing like music and video
presentation outside the school setting without asking permission to the owner. Though most of
the teachers rely from copying of printed materials and materials for public viewing in
facilitating the learning to students, but outside the classroom setting it is prohibited. Copy right

ask permission before using or reproducing the materials that should be used in facilitating
learning process.

2. Based on your experience, do you think there is anyone among the students you know who is
guilty of any acts not allowed under fair use of copyrighted materials? If yes, discuss the acts
committed. If no, discuss their good practices.
ANSWER: Based on my experienced, there are students who are guilty of any acts not allowed
using fair use and copy right materials because of there are assignments given by the teacher that
are research based. There are also times that some of the students copying from the work of
others especially the written works. There are also students who only rely on internet especially
doing their reports or a demonstration process. That’s why, some of the students seek for a fair
use of it especially video presentation to integrate learning in their demonstration for the purpose
of public viewing. Thus, reproducing and using printed materials and material s for public
viewing ate utilize by most of students both in school setting and in outside the school setting.
That’s why, some students are guilty of this act.
