differences -A great obstacle in ones personality development. In front of you all. I am favouring the
topic

So let us first of all know what actually cultural diff are

So cultural diff basically are the variations in the way of life, beliefs, and traditions between
different countries, religions, societies and people
It may include sense of clothing language food religion traditions etc
so here the first ques arises if the diff bw two cultures so imp?
In my opinion this diff really makes a very big problems. I think this is because of the focus of
two cultures which is diff while connecting with others.people mainly focus on building their
relationship with others and not about the cultural diff bw them
So when 2 diff cultures meet the person in high context culture will usually find it very difficult
to believe the person in low context culture.so cultural diff ay lead to conflicts among people
of diff cultures
The second ques that comes up is that whether the only solution for the conflict is to give up
ones own culture and accept everything in another s culture soo my answer to that is
whether to give up or not depends upon the situation.one has to understand the situation
completely nd then take the action. And unless in some extreme conditions its unnecessary
for one to give up all culture traditional values.
I think that In a situation that you want your company to enter a country or you want to show
your respect to that country so you shall give up some of your own culture problems that
may conflict with the culture you want to connect with or accept some basic traditional
culture behaviours
But in the case when your position is equal or stronger to other company or country you can
maintain mainly of your own culture customs you need only pay attention to the culture point
that may cause unnecessary problems
So we get to a conclusion that its very necessary to get a fully idea of the culture diff and
have a preparation for it and after collecting all the info about it one should analyze the
situation like whether they should give up their own culture or not? I believe that by doing
this all there will be less and less culture conflicts bw everyone.
