It is expected that these Administrative Arrangements will be used in conjunction with the JAIEG Detailed Operating Procedures, A11 agencies proposing the conmunication of atomic information or planning & visit to or with representatives of the Governnent of Italy in which atomic information will be exchanged should be familiar with the require- ments of these Administrative Arrangements in addition to those require- ments contained in the JAIEG Detailed Operating Procedures, DC Phare 1 Inet D.C.
