Leadership
A good leader develops appealing visions that drive people's actions. A vision is a mental
representation of an ideal future state in the field of leadership. Visions signal change and can
motivate people to reach new heights (Jantz, 2017). On the other hand, visions function as a
guiding principle that provides meaning and purpose to persons. By developing a vision, a leader
My score in the Leadership Vision Questionnaire was 40, which implies I was in the high
range according to the questionnaire. I have faith that what I scored was high since I always set
goals for myself in whatever I carry out. I always figure out what I need the outcomes to be like.
As a leader, it was vital for me to have a vision, define it, and express it to the rest of my
staff. I need to enhance how they communicate the visions while in the organization. (Sarros et
al., 2011). To begin, I must adjust the vision to my audience and then convey it. Most individuals
need consistency, and when confronted with the need to change, they will only do so provided
the desired alteration is not too different from their current condition. By adjusting the vision to
my audience, I may explain the vision to fit inside the acceptability range of others.
I highlighted my vision's principles by stressing how the vision provides ideas worth
pursuing. Individuals and groups might find their work rewarding by expressing the vision's
ideals. This helped group members to identify something more significant (Sarros et al., 2011).
As a leader, I utilized encouraging and inspirational words and symbols. I ensured that words
that explain a vision were optimistic, inspiring, and positive, aiming to minimize the vision's
value.

I ensured that the visions were conveyed to the rest to connect people to the vision and
include them in the process. To adequately express a vision, I adjust the content to the audience,
stress the goal's intrinsic worth, utilize uplifting words and symbols, and employ inclusive
language. I carried out these with the intention of the vision being adopted and the objective
being met.

I will clarify the intention of my vision purpose. This will help me be unambiguous about
your mission and utilize it to center or re-focus my actions while directing my constituents
toward the long-term vision I was developing. The goal for my vision should consistently deliver
valuable products and services to internal and external consumers (Jantz, 2017). The vision
