In my opinion, a good leader must have certain qualities that make him stand out from

the rest, these qualities must help the rest to be able to develop properly from the hand

of a leader. One of the qualities would be communication, a leader must be committed

to listening to new ideas and in the same way, he must be able to communicate clearly.

On the other hand, emotional intelligence is a key factor ad is related to perceiving the

needs of the team, understanding the emotions of it´s members and channeling them in

favor of the project. Last but not least, trust would be, as it inspires to demonstrate

consistency in actions, acting with ethics, respect and integrity.
