Led branding and User eXperience redesign of hiring.monster.com, which


now accounts for 75% of Monster’s new customers.

Defined the digital strategy for www.playyoo.com in EU’s most advanced


mobile market launching the startup in London and building a global social
network of mobile casual game players that exceeded 2 million registered
users in the first 3 months.

As a founding member of the User Experience group at CTP I, established,


recruited and build the UX Service Line, rolling it out from Boston to 12
other CTP offices worldwide generating revenues in access of 200 million
dollars annually.

Accepted and certified as a Lecturer by the Faculty Board of the Computer


Science School of Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts,
designed and then taught the first accredited Multimedia Program for the
Extension School of Harvard University.

Position: Interim – VP of Interactive & Print
Responsibilities: Responsible for the reorganization of both Interactive and Print production
teams. Responsible for planning, implementing, managing and executing
web, email, SEM, and social networking marketing strategies focused on
sales conversion direct to consumer, re-qualification of past customers and
acquisition of new customers. Translated digital strategy into an execution
plan and worked with cross-functional business units in marketing services,
product, operations, sales, circulation and analytics to advance strategic
initiatives. Lead project team through the delivery of Scope Phase for the
new website re-design project. In partnership with TarkTek, Day and
Adobe, defined the design and development specifications, project plans,
business case, RIO calculations, and user experience for the new website re-
design project currently being developed.

Responsibilities: As the Digital Strategist in the R&D team, my primary responsibility was to
position Six Red Marbles, an award-winning provider of educational
solutions serving K-12 in the US market, as an innovator of digital products
and services to those markets. Focus on the design of 3 new SAAS product
platforms that will deliver educational content via both web and mobile
channels, including user-generated content in an adaptive-learning
environment, with a distribution target of the retail market through social
networks, as well as public school systems in the US.

Monster Worldwide 08/2008 – 08/2009 : Maynard, MA - USA


Position: User Experience Director – Employer Site Worldwide
Responsibilities: Responsible for the definition and implementation of a new global digital
strategy road-map detailing a 12 month user-experience site-optimization
plan based on real-time analytical data. Responsible for the redefinition of a
“one Monster” brand optimization strategy tying both Employer and Seeker
sites together. Responsibility to drive measurable improvements in
conversion-rate, average order size and increase number of completed job-
postings, through the delivery of leadership, innovation, strong creative,
conceptual and analytical problem-solving skills that translate into
conceptual ideas (business needs and user goals) and design solutions,
supported by strong customer research and usability testing programs.

Freelance Consulting 01/08 – 06/08 : Lugano, Switzerland


Accomplishments: Defined business strategy, product strategy and produced channel
implementation strategy for both web-based SAAS and Mobile channels for
Image Engineers and Optaros in Zurich, Switzerland and Imaginventure in

strategy and design and implementation pans for www.playyoo.com, a
Web2Mobile social network, focused on the exchange of user-generated
casual games for the Mobile, which is supported by an advertising revenue
model. Also responsible for the definition of the strategic goals, advertising
markets, revenue models and marketing plans.

Pharmaton SA 01/2002 – 01/2007 : Bioggio, Switzerland
Position: Head of Information Technology
Responsibilities: Responsible for delivering IT strategy and implementation plans in line with
Boehringer Ingelheim’s (the parent company) global IT strategic direction.
Responsible for assessing and delivering all local IT operational components
and strategic optimization of all existing systems and structures. Lead the
cross-disciplinary team in the strategic definition for the implementation of
the Laboratory Information Management System, Manufacturing Execution
System, Document Management System, the new Content Management
System and the implementation of Pharmaton’s new ERP (SAP).

Position: Managing Director of Unamite Switzerland
Responsibilities: As Managing Director, launched the first international office of Unamite
GMBH (Germany) in Zürich, Switzerland. Established all structures and
management components within a six-month incubation period inside of
Accenture. Responsible for P&L, definition of business and implementation
plan, budgeting, financial reporting, HR/recruiting and staffing for
Accenture projects.

Education Summary: My formal academic career has been unconventional and focused on the
arts; I have studied with a number of Art Masters in Europe and attended
classes at a number of art institutes in both US and Europe. Art exhibits and
published work is available on my web site. I started my professional career
at the inception of the Desktop and educated myself in most UX disciplines
and continuously invest time in keeping myself up-to-date on all
architectures, technologies and methodologies and channels specific to
delivering user-centric applications and transactional services to global
markets.
