Mrs. Gamponia claimed that there were no occupants on the month of October to November hence, there should be no water consumption incurred on their unit. The property's Maintenance Supervisor, Mr. Alvin Altivo arrived at the unit at 2:30 PM to investigate if there were any traces of water leakage particularly at the T&B room of the unit owner. Findings: The maintenance checked and tested the tollet flush if it had continuous flushing and based on ‘observation of other plumbing fixtures such as lavatory faucet and also the water line gate valves, there ‘were no traces of moisture or water leakage at the unit. Note: There was no mavement/cansumption on the water meter since the water reading from November 8, 2021 to November 25, 2021.Please see attached photos for reference. Immediate Action: ‘The PMO will conduct a 3 day observation on the unit's water consumption. Our maintenance team will monitor and record the water meter twice a day if there will be any movement before making a final report on the case.
