programs that encourage and enable healthy behaviour is one of the most efficient and cost-
effective methods of reducing the risk in younger people and their families. It takes a
collaborative effort from school officials, health professionals, community leaders, parents, and
students to successfully create and implement school health programs. School health care
services are a crucial part of school health programs because they enable the evaluation of health
issues and risk factors, as well as the early diagnosis and management of chronic conditions,
which are otherwise difficult to detect. They could also be essential in ensuring that children
whose parents are unable to finance sufficient health care have access to those services.
Cancer, diabetes, heart disease, and asthma are the most common chronic illnesses, which
are long-term health issues that necessitate ongoing medical attention. In the United States, heart
disease is among the major causes of death. By exercising consistently and keeping track of
