Dear Student

Compliments of the New year! We hope that you had a safe and peaceful break. We thank you for the support you rendered
in 2021 through participation in the Institute’s events and activities. Kindly note that the Institute resumed operations on 4
January 2022.

May you be reminded that the deadline for payment of re-registration fees and examination fees is 28 February 2022. The
breakdown of fees is given below:

Re-registration fees for students who did not register for the 2nd half of 2021 $60

Late payment fee (Re-reg & Exam reg respectively) $10

You are also reminded that attendance of at least two (2) Winter Schools is compulsory in- order to enhance your qualification
before graduating. This requirement is stipulated in the Members and Students Handbook. The Institute organises two Winter
Schools/Summer Schools every year to enable all willing candidates to attend. Please note that you will not be allowed to
graduate if you have not satisfied this requirement. Details for this year’s Winter Schools will be availed so that those who
wish to attend can make appropriate arrangements to attend at a venue that is convenient.
