AN ACT
Providing adequate government assistance to those place that does not have enough necessities to
survive in their daily lives.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

CHAPTER 1
PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS

SECTION 1. Short Title. - This Act shall be known as the “Public Welfare Act of 2021”.

SECTION 2. Declaration of Policy. – Public Welfare Act of 2021 serves as a path to help those
places and families that have an insufficient number of necessities just like food, money, houses, jobs, and
education since many places and families in the Philippines are facing poverty, famine, and lack of
education. In short, this act utilizes the government to fulfill its responsibility to take care of its citizens
and to at least lessen the current problem of our country which is the lack of government assistance in
some parts of the country.
