INSPECTION – DAILY

Observed that one of our worker ( Tariq khan) was working in without
safety shoes at work site. I stop him from working and send him back
to arrange safety shoes first.

Observed Oil drum & bucket were placed without any

safety control measure in erection area. It could lead
to fire if hot work carryout near here.

shall be verified by HSE team before closing issue on tracker.
