BEING HEALTHY

Young people should indeed listen to their bodies, understand


their own needs, and start towards healthy living from a their
young age.
First of all, is this important for young people to do sports and
keep fit? Many people believe that practicing sports is the key to
improving physical and mental health. It improves your mood,
concentration, reduces stress, depression, and helps you
maintain a healthy weight.
On the other hand, nowadays a majority of young people think
healthy living is boring. However, there are many ways to go
through the process of staying healthy while having fun. You
can play some music, build friendships, get involved in a
competitive sport, explore a new place, or even just drink a cup
of coffee per day.
In conclusion, being healthy during our younger years helps
establish strong foundations for your future wellbeing.
