Activity 1: Read the 2 conversations. Then find what words are repeated or used more than once

Conv. 1
A.-Whose gloves are those?
B.- Which gloves?
A.- The blue gloves on the desk. Are they yours?
B. No, my gloves are black. The black gloves are mine.

Repeated word: Gloves

A. Terry I think you should buy a new vest.
B. Yes, you´re right. Do you like this vest?

Activity 2: Read the conversations again and see how the repeated words were replaced.

Activity 4: Read the following mini dialogues and complete them with one or ones

B.-There are 3 different ones. The green one, the yellow ones or the red one

3) A.- Have you already read your book?


B.- Which one?
A.- The one you have to read until Friday.
B.- No, but I’ve read “Oliver Twist” and “Twisted”, the one I have to finish until next week.

4) I’ve got some great new CDs. I’ve already listened to the ones on my bedside table, but I haven’t
listened to the one next to the CD-player.

boss.
