We are level II CHN nursing students and we would like to conduct our community duty in your
barangay. The objectives of our duty are the following:

1. Determine the profile of assigned individuals and families

2. Identify health and health-related problems
3. Plan out interventions which will alleviate the problems identified
4. Initially implement the planned interventions
