5. Rollback Procedure

Fallback plan will be executed if there’s anomally during execution with following criteria :

• If any problem with new policy, restore to the last stable policy

6. Monitoring

• After finish the troubleshoot procedure, report to Telkom and Telkomsel and inform them to
verify.
• Monitoring will be done on 05:00AM and continue with the monitoring team.
• If need escalation, contact and follow-up with Cisco TAC team.
