the bigger picture rather than short-term wins. They do not just strive for success. Hence, they
aspire to achieve success and significance.

actions. He is innovative enough to plan and manage processes to achieve his objectives. He
takes the risk instead of waiting for nothing. He is the type of person who would seize every
opportunity he has before others could take charge. This is because if he does not start now,
then when? He would not wait for time to pass by because this would mean that he had wasted
his precious time. If he fails, an entrepreneur has the initiative to stand back and fight again. He
does not give up that easily.
4. An entrepreneur is goal-driven. He sets targets and objectives that will help in making progress
in his business. He prepares the tasks he must take and practice time management. He is an
organized person and does not allow time to be wasted because that would mean that he is
delaying his progress. A goal-driven person is motivated. He will work much harder than others
because he has his own goals to reach. He does not stop in “average” and he does not limit his
own capabilities. He gives his all because he believes that he can make it.
